Code of Ethics
    The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

    Loyalty to clients;

    Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

    Cooperation with competitors;

    Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

    2. Integrity – A home is often an individual’s primary/main investment. I know and understand how important it is to protect this asset. All of my clients will tell you that I place the utmost importance on honor and integrity. My actions are first and foremost in my client’s best interests, not mine or anyone else’s.
    3. Work Ethic – Unlike the majority of licensed real estate agents, I am a full-time real estate professional. I do not work a different full-time job and attempt to practice real estate in my spare time. Real estate is my main focus. I am very easy to get in contact with, either by cell or email. You will find that I love real estate and that I am very enthusiastic about talking about real estate!
